银屑胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析银屑胶囊加复方甘草酸苷对寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年11月广州市皮肤病防治所收治的寻常型斑块状银屑病患者90例,经抽签法将其中45例归为参比组(复方甘草酸苷),余下45例归纳到分析组(在前组基础上加以银屑胶囊),比较两组疗效、治疗后皮肤状态变化情况、瘙痒、肥厚、皮损颜色得分以及副反应的发生率。结果 分析组治疗有效率高于参比组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BSA、DLQI及PASI相比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,分析组BSA、DLQI及PASI低于参比组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组瘙痒、皮损肥厚、皮损颜色得分相比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,分析组瘙痒、皮损肥厚、皮损颜色得分低于参比组(P<0.05)。两组水肿、低血钾、肝肾功能受损和恶心呕吐等副反应发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 银屑胶囊加复方甘草酸苷对寻常型斑块状银屑病疗效理想,能促进症状改善,提升生活质量,且不会增加副反应出现,安全性高,值得采用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of psoriasis capsule and compound glycyrrhizin for plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Methods:a total of 90 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected.45 cases were divided into the control group(compound glycyrrhizin)and the remaining 45 cases were divided into the observation group(Yinxie capsule was added on the basis of the former group).The curative effect,skin state changes after treatment,pruritus,hypertrophy,skin lesion color score and the incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Effective rate in observation group(95.56%)was higher than control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,BSA,DLQI and PASI scores between observation group and control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,BSA,DLQI and PASI scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,skin pruritus,pachyderma,skin damage and color symptom scores between observation group and control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,skin pruritus,pachyderma,skin damage and color symptom scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There were no significant between-group difference in side reactions like skin edema,hypokalemia,hepatic and renal damage,nausea and vomiting(P>0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis capsule and compound glycyrrhizin can reduce clinical symptoms with less adverse reactions,increase life quality and treatment safety of plaque psoriasis vulgaris patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
