精准护理联合心理干预对主动脉夹层动脉瘤术后心理应激状态及并发症的影响  

Effect of Precision Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Postoperative Psychological Stress Status and Complications of Aortic Dissection Aneurysm

摘　　要：目的 探讨精准护理联合心理干预对主动脉夹层动脉瘤术后心理应激状态及并发症的影响。方法 按照简单随机化法将本院2020年1月—2022年4月收治的82例主动脉夹层动脉瘤术后患者分组,每组41例,对照组给予心理干预,观察组给予精准护理干预。对比两组干预前后的心理应激状态和生活质量以及干预后的自我护理能力。结果 治疗后与治疗前相比,两组患者事件影响评分均降低,且观察组与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,两组患者心理韧性、ESCA和SF-36评分均升高,且观察组与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 精准护理联合心理干预可以有效提高主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者生活质量,减轻患者心理应激状态。Objective To explore effect of precision nursing combined with psychological intervention on postoperative psychological stress status and complications of aortic dissection aneurysm.Methods The paper chose 82 postoperative patients with aortic dissection in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022,and divided them into groups with simple randomization method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with psychological intervention,while observation group with precision nursing intervention.Psychological stress status and life quality was compared before and after intervention between two groups,self-care ability was compared after intervention.Results After treatment,effective scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,psychological resilience,ESCA and SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than before treatment,those of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise nursing combined with psychological intervention can improve life quality and alleviate psychological stress state of patients with aortic dissection effectively.
