人工流产术后延伸护理对重复人工流产发生率的影响观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨人工流产术后延伸护理对重复人工流产发生率的影响。方法 选择2022年1月—2022年12月本院收治的200例人工流产术后患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。术后,对照组予以常规护理,观察组给予延伸护理。比较两组患者的避孕知识掌握程度、避孕方式、重复人工流产、心理状态。结果 观察组避孕措施、保护女性生育力、人工流产知识掌握情况评分较对照组的评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组的避孕方式较对照组的更优(P<0.05)。观察组护理后3个月、6个月、12个月重复人工流产率较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术后延伸护理可减少重复人工流产的发生,帮助患者更好地掌握避孕知识,值得推广应用。Objective To explore effect of extended nursing after induced abortion on incidence of repeated induced abortion.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with artificial abortion in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method,with n=100 cases in each group.After surgery,control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with extended nursing.Mastery of contraceptive knowledge,contraceptive methods,repeated induced abortion,and psychological status were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher scores on contraceptive measures,protection of female fertility,and knowledge of induced abortion,(P<0.05).Proportion of patients in observation group with contraceptives,condoms,safe period contraception,extracorporeal ejaculation and intrauterine devices was 13.00%,77.00%,8.00%,2.00%,and 13.00%respectively,that in control group was 24.00%,43.00%,18.00%,15.00%,and 24.00%respectively.Observation group had better contraceptive methods,(P<0.05).Total proportion of repeated induced abortions at 3,6,and 12 months after nursing in observation group was 17.00%,that in control group was 30.00%.Observation group had better proportion of abortions(P<0.05).HAMA,HAMD scores decreased in two groups compared with before nursing,observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative extended nursing can reduce incidence of repeated abortions,help patients grasp contraceptive knowledge induced abortion,which is worthy of promotion and application.
