摘　　要：目的 探讨术后早期进食和咀嚼口香糖对腰椎后路融合术患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2019年11月—2020年10月本院收治的101例腰椎后路融合术后的腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分为B组(n=50)和A组(n=51)。B组给予常规干预,对A组51例患者给予术后早期进食和咀嚼口香糖干预,观察A组和B组患者的手术结局、营养状况、并发症总发生率。结果 干预后进行观察,A组患者手术结局好于B组(P<0.05);A组NRS2002评分低于B组(P<0.05);A组的Hb以及白蛋白值高于B组(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论 将早期进食和咀嚼口香糖干预用于接受腰椎后路融合术的患者中,可显著改善胃肠道功能恢复和营养状况,且术后并发症的发生率更低。Objective To explore effect of early postoperative feeding and chewing gum on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with lumbar posterior fusion surgery.Methods The paper chose 101 patients with lumbar disc herniation with surgical treatment in Union Medical College Shenzhen Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from November 2019 to October 2020,and divided them into group A and B randomly.50 cases in group B were treated with routine intervention,51 cases in group A with early postoperative eating and chewing gum intervention.Surgical outcomes,nutritional status,and overall incidence of complications were observed in group A and B.Results After intervention,surgical outcomes of group A were better than group B(P<0.05).NRS2002 scores of group A were lower than group B,Hb and albumin were higher than group B(P<0.05),Incidence of complications in group A was lower than group B(15.68%vs 34.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Early feeding and chewing gum intervention can improve gastrointestinal function recovery and nutritional status of patients with posterior lumbar fusion surgery significantly,which has lower incidence of postoperative complications including malignancy.
