健脾疏肝推拿六法结合加味二陈汤治疗小儿脾虚夹积型积滞的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究健脾疏肝推拿六法与加味二陈汤联合治疗小儿脾虚夹积型积滞的治疗效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月本院收治的60例小儿脾虚夹积型积滞患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为参照组与联合组,每组30例。其中,参照组采用健脾疏肝推拿六法,联合组采用健脾疏肝推拿六法与加味二陈汤结合治疗。观察两组患者的疗效、中医症状积分、生活质量与胃肠激素水平。结果联合组的总有效率比参照组高(P<0.05)。干预后联合组的中医症状积分比参照组低,生活质量得分比参照组高(P<0.05)。干预后联合组GAS和MOT低于参照组,SS高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿脾虚夹积型积滞治疗过程中,采用健脾疏肝推拿六法结合加味二陈汤的治疗方案,能有效提高患儿的中医证候积分,同时调节胃肠道激素水平,从而显著提升患儿的生活质量。这一治疗方案体现了中医治疗的优势,对患儿的康复具有积极意义。Objective To explore curative effect of combination of six methods of massage for tonifying spleen and soothing liver and modified erchen decoction on children with spleen deficiency and accumulation type stagnation.Methods The paper chose 60 children with spleen deficiency and accumulation type stagnation from May 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with six methods of massage for tonifying spleen and soothing liver,while combination group with combination of six methods of massage for tonifying spleen and soothing liver and modified erchen decoction.Curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,life quality,and gastrointestinal hormone levels were observed between two groups.Results Total effective rate of combination group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of combination group were lower than reference group,and life quality scores were higher than reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,GAS and MOT scores in combination group were lower than control group,while SS scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of six methods of tonifying spleen and soothing liver,combined with m odified erchen decoction,can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and gastrointestinal hormone levels and life quality of children with spleen deficiency and accumulation type stagnatio n significantly.
