摘　　要：目的分析超声引导下骶管麻醉对肛肠患者术后疼痛疗效和负性情绪的影响。方法选择淮安市中医院2021年9月—2022年12月收治的120例肛肠患者为研究对象,并将患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=60例)接受硬膜外麻醉,观察组(n=60例)接受超声引导下骶管阻滞麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果、术后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及生活质量评分量表(QOL)。结果观察组麻醉起效时间明显短于对照组,组间差异与统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组痛觉消失时间显著短于对照组,组间差异与统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者VAS、SAS及QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组在VAS和SAS上的评分显著优于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下骶管麻醉对肛肠患者术后疼痛疗效较好,阻滞速度快,患者焦虑情绪得到明显改善。Objective To analyze effect of ultrasound-guided sacral anesthesia on postoperative pain and negative emotions of patients with anorectal surgery.Methods The paper chose 120 anorectal patients admitted to Huai'an City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(n=60 cases)was treated with epidural anesthesia,while observation group(n=60 cases)with ultrasound-guided sacral block anesthesia.Anesthesia effect,postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),and life quality scale(QOL)was compared between two groups.Results Onset time of anesthesia in observation group was(2.36±1.25)minutes,significantly shorter than(5.50±1.75)minutes in control group,(P<0.05).Disappearance time of pain sensation in observation group was(5.15±1.75)minutes,significantly shorter than(8.60±1.35)minutes in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS,SAS,and QOL scores between two groups before surgery(P>0.05).After surgery,observation group had significantly better scores in VAS and SAS and higher scores in QOL than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided sacral anesthesia can achieve good curative effect on postoperative pain of patients with anorectal diseases,with fast blocking speed and significant anxiety improvement of patients.
