半夏泻心汤治疗老年胃食管反流病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究在老年胃食管反流病的治疗中应用半夏泻心汤的临床效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月在本院接受诊治的胃食管反流病老年患者78例作为课题研究对象。以治疗方法的不同作为分组标准,将其均等分成两组,其中一组选用西药(奥美拉唑肠溶片)进行治疗,为西医组(39例),另外一组选用中药半夏泻心汤进行治疗,为中医组(39例)。记录两种方法的临床效果,并分析比较相关指标数据。结果治疗后,中医组有效率明显高于西医组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组的各项中医证候积分(烧心、嗳气、反酸、胸痛)均明显低于西医组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组患者的满意度明显高于西医组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将半夏泻心汤应用于胃食管反流病老年患者的治疗中,能有效改善患者的不适症状,加快患者的康复进程,得到患者及家属的高度认可。Objective To explore clinical effect of pinellia heart-draining decoction in treatment of elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods The paper chose 78 elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups evenly with grouping criteria of different treatment methods.Western medicine group(39 cases)was treated with western medicine(omeprazole enteric coated tablets),while Chinese medicine group(39 cases)with traditional Chinese medicine pinellia heart-draining decoction.Clinical effect of two methods was recorded,relevant indicator data were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group(94.87%)was significantly higher than western medicine group(71.79%),(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores of TCM group(heartburn:0.64±0.07,belching:0.71±0.08,acid reflux:0.70±0.17,chest pain:0.71±0.15)were significantly lower than western medicine group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in traditional Chinese medicine group(97.44%)was significantly higher than western medicine group(82.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Pinellia heart-draining decoction can effectively improve discomfort symptoms,accelerate recovery process of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,and gain high recognition from patients and their families.
