益生菌制剂双歧杆菌辅助治疗儿童顽固性湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益生菌制剂双歧杆菌辅助治疗儿童顽固性湿疹的疗效。方法选择2021年6月—2023年6月本院门诊收治的80例顽固性湿疹患儿,将其按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组使用糠酸莫米松乳膏单药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益生菌制剂双歧杆菌治疗,对比两组总有效率、复发率、瘙痒和生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组瘙痒和生活质量评分均显著提高,且观察组显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌制剂双歧杆菌治疗儿童顽固性湿疹效果良好,可有效缓解患儿症状,提高患儿生活质量,且复发率低,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of probiotic preparation Bifidobacterium as an adjuvant therapy for refractory eczema in children.Methods 80 children with stubborn eczema admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with monotherapy of mometasone furoate cream,while the observation group was treated with probiotic preparation Bifidobacterium on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,recurrence rate,itching,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in itching and quality of life scores,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The probiotic preparation Bifidobacterium has a good effect on the treatment of refractory eczema in children,which can effectively improve their symptoms,improve their quality of life,and have a low recurrence rate.It is worth promoting.
