克氏针钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察克氏针钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的髌骨骨折患者100例为研究对象,所有患者均开展克氏针钢丝张力带治疗,对治疗情况进行观察。结果与治疗前对比,治疗后患者HSS评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后ADL评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后ROM高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后VAS评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后生活质量评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在髌骨骨折的治疗过程中,采用克氏针钢丝张力带技术具有显著优势。该方法能有效促进患者日常生活能力的提升,增加肢体活动度,同时减轻疼痛感,从而提高生活质量。因此,克氏针钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折具有广泛推广的价值。Objective To observe curative effect of Kirschner wire tension band in treatment of patellar fractures.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with patellar fractures in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,treated with Kirschner wire tension band,and observed treatment status.Results HSS scores of patients after treatment were higher than before treatment,P<0.05.ADL scores after treatment were higher than before treatment,P<0.05.ROM was higher than before treatment,with P<0.05.VAS scores after treatment were lower than before treatment,P<0.05.Life quality scores were higher than before treatment,with P<0.05.Conclusion Kirschner wire tension band can improve daily living ability,increase limb mobility and alleviate pains,improve life quality of patellar fractures effectively,which has promotional value.
