药学管理服务对门诊药房处方用药不合理情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨药学管理服务对门诊药房处方用药不合理情况的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2023年2月本院门诊药房处方用药不合理案例作为研究样本,共计100例,探讨处方用药不合理中存在的问题,统计分析未施以药学管理服务干预前患者用药情况,将其与施以药学管理服务干预后相比较,探讨分析药学管理服务干预在促进门诊药房处方合理用药方面的价值。结果干预后,药物用法欠妥、重复使用药物、药物剂量欠妥、给药途径欠妥、用药与病情不符等明显低于干预前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,门诊药房工作人员对药品专用标志、药物相互作用禁忌、给药途径、高警戒药物类别等知识的掌握度明显高于干预前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施以药学管理服务干预可达到促进门诊药房处方合理用药的效果,使门诊药房处方用药不合理情况得到缓解,为建立良好的医患关系奠定良好的基础,具有突出的应用价值。Objective To explore effect of pharmaceutical management services on unreasonable use of prescription drugs in outpatient pharmacies.Methods The paper chose 100 cases of irrational prescription medication in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from August 2022 to February 2023 as research samples,explored problems in irrational prescription medication,and statistically analyzed medication situation of patients before and after intervention of pharmaceutical management services,and compared that with condition after intervention of pharmaceutical management services,to explore and analyze value of pharmaceutical management service intervention in promoting rational prescription medication in outpatient pharmacies.Results After intervention,condition of drug use was significantly lower than before intervention,including inappropriate drug use,repeated drug use,inappropriate drug dosage,improper administration path,and inconsistency between medication and condition,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,outpatient pharmacy staff had significantly higher level of mastery of knowledge on drug specific labels,contraindications for drug interactions,administration path,and high alert drug categories than before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions of pharmaceutical management services can promote rational drug use in outpatient pharmacies,alleviate situation of unreasonable drug use,lay a good foundation for establishing good doctor-patient relationship,which has outstanding application value.
