医养结合服务模式对居家养老生命质量、高血压控制及心理的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医养结合服务模式对居家养老生命质量、高血压控制及心理的影响。方法本次研究选取2021年3月—2023年8月共126例需居家养老的高血压老年人作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。其中,对照组采用常规养老服务干预,观察组采用医养结合服务模式,观察两组老年人的生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组老年人的生命质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的生命质量评分显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组老年人不良情绪评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的不良情绪评分显著较低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的临床总有效率显著较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的服务总满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医养结合服务模式为居家养老的老年人提供了全方位的照护服务,此举不仅显著提升了老年人的生活质量,而且对高血压等慢性疾病的控制起到了积极作用,同时也有助于维护老年人的心理健康。该模式体现了对老年人生活需求与健康状况的深入理解和全面关怀,是养老服务领域的一项重要创新。Objective To explore effect of integrated medical and elderly care service model on life quality,hypertension control and psychology of home-based elderly care.Methods The paper chose 126 elderly hypertensive individuals with home-based care from March 2021 to August 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.The former(63 cases)was treated with routine elderly care intervention,while the latter(63 cases)with medical and elderly care combined service model.Life quality scores between two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in life quality scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,life quality scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,negative emotion scores between two groups of elderly people showed(P>0.05),but after intervention,negative emotion scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group(98.41%)was significantly higher than of control group(82.54%),(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree of observation group after service intervention(95.24%)was significantly higher than control group(73.02%),with(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and elderly care service model can provide comprehensive care for elderly people at home,improve life quality,control hypertension and maintai n mental health effectively.
