目视管理在改善消毒供应室器械管理效果及提升工作质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究目视管理在改善消毒供应室器械管理效果及提升工作质量中的应用。方法纳入研究时间为2020年3月—2022年2月,2021年3月之前未实施目视管理方法,2021年3月之后实施目视管理方法。选择该研究时间段内的16名工作人员、医疗器械1185件,对比采用不同管理方法的效果差异。结果实施目视管理方法后,工作人员的理论知识与技能考核成绩得到提高;工作人员对消毒供应室管理质量评分提高,医疗器械清洗消毒合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率和发放合格率均比实施前更高。以上各项指标差异均显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室器械管理当中采用目视管理方法,能提升工作人员理论与技能考核成绩,同时对消毒供应室器械管理效果的优化有积极作用,提高器械环节处理合格率,可以在之后的器械管理中推广应用。Objective To study application effect and work quality improvement of target management method during equipment management in disinfection supply centers.Method The paper chose research period and object scope from March 2020 to February 2022,before March 2021,no visual management method was carried out,but visual management was carried out afterwards.The paper chose 16 staff and 1185 medical devices during the study period to compare effect difference of different management methods.Results Theoretical knowledge and skill assessment scores of staff were better than before visual management method.Staff had higher evaluation of management quality of disinfection supply room,cleaning and disinfection qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,sterilization qualification rate,and distribution qualification rate of medical devices was higher than before,difference of above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual management can improve theoretical and skill assessment scores of staff in equipment management in disinfection supply room,has positive effect on optimizing equipment management,can improve qualification rate of equipment processing,which is worthy of promotion and application in future equipment management.
