经济收入对我国城镇老年人健康的影响

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快和城镇化水平的不断提升,城镇老年人口的数量大幅增加,但退休后的城镇老年人应对日常生活和疾病等风险的能力减弱,他们的健康保障受到多方面因素影响。经济收入不仅对城镇老年人健康具有显著的正向作用,还能为他们提供追求更高生活质量的机会,提升幸福感和生活满意度。因此,我国应进一步降低城镇老年人加入养老保险的门槛,简化加入程序,确保所有城镇老年人都能够加入养老保险体系;应定期调整养老金标准,确保养老金的购买力;同时还应采取措施改善城镇老年人的居住条件和环境,保障老年人的营养和食品安全,提供综合性健康服务。这些措施都能间接提升城镇老年人的经济收入,提升他们的健康水平。With the acceleration of China's aging population and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the number of urban elderly population has increased significantly and rapidly. However, the ability of retired urban elderly to cope with daily life and disease risks has weakened, and their health security has been adversely affected in various aspects. Economic income not only has a significant positive impact on the health of urban elderly people, but also provides them with opportunities to pursue higher quality of life, improve their sense of happiness and life satisfaction. Therefore, China should further lower the threshold for urban elderly people to join the pension insurance system, simplify the joining procedures, and ensure that all urban elderly people can join the pension insurance system;Regular adjustment of pension standards should be made to ensure the purchasing power of pension funds;Measures should be taken to improve the living conditions and environment of elderly people in urban areas, ensure their nutrition and food safety, and provide comprehensive health services. These measures can indirectly improve the economic income and health level of urban elderly people.
