疏肝解郁、清心宁神法在心脏神经官能症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析在心脏神经官能症的治疗中应用疏肝解郁、清心宁神法的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年7月本院收治的36例心脏神经官能症患者,采用随机分组的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,每组18例。对照组患者接受常规的西医治疗,观察者患者采取疏肝解郁、清心宁神法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的遵医用药率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁、清心宁神法在心脏神经官能患者中的应用可以获得较好的治疗效果,能够改善临床症状。Objective To analyze effect of TCM treatment of soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing the heart and calming the mind for cardiac neurosis.Methods The paper chose 36 patients from January 2021 to July 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,18 cases in each group,treated with routine Western medicine treatment,soothing liver and relieving depression,and clearing heart and calming mind treatment.Curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were observed and compared before and after treatment,application value of different methods was clarified.Results Curative effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),and compliance rate of medication in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heart-fire and calming mind method can achieve good curative effect and improve clinical symptoms.
