摘　　要：小儿上气道咳嗽综合征是一种常见的呼吸道疾病,现代医学治疗效果一般且易反复。中医治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征有多种方法,包括中医辨证论治、针灸治疗、贴敷治疗和推拿治疗。不同的方法都有各自的优点,其中辨证用药所治证型最多,针灸无药物毒副作用,贴敷应用简单方便,推拿安全性及配合性最佳。临床可以根据小儿的具体情况,选择合适的方法进行治疗。中医治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的特点是安全,效果持久,操作简便。本文总结了临床中医治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的方法,以供大家学习参考。Pediatric upper airway cough syndrome is a common respiratory disease.Modern medical treatment often has limited effects and is prone to recurrence.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has various methods for treating pediatric upper airway cough syndrome,including syndrome differentiation and treatment,acupuncture therapy,application therapy,and tuina massage therapy.Each of these methods has its own advantages,with syndrome differentiation and treatment being able to address the most syndromes,acupuncture being free of drug toxicity and side effects,application therapy being simple and convenient,and tuina massage therapy being the safest and most cooperative.Therefore,appropriate methods can be selected based on the specific condition of the child.TCM treatment of pediatric upper airway cough syndrome is characterized by safety,no side effects,long-lasting effects,and ease of operation.This article aims to summarize the clinical TCM treatment methods for pediatric upper airway cough syndrome,in order to provide reference for learning and application.
