乌拉地尔注射液在高血压急症治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压急症治疗中乌拉地尔注射液的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的高血压急症患者72例,依据用药方法分为乌拉地尔注射液组、硝酸甘油注射液组,两组各36例。统计分析两组血压、心率、心肝肾功能指标、生活质量、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、症状缓解时间。结果乌拉地尔注射液组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于硝酸甘油注射液组(P<0.05),QOL-BRIEF评分高于硝酸甘油注射液组(P<0.05),但两组患者的AST、ALT、GGT、SCr、BUN水平之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。乌拉地尔注射液组患者的总有效率高于硝酸甘油注射液组(P<0.05)。乌拉地尔注射液组患者的不良反应发生率低于硝酸甘油注射液组(P<0.05)。两组患者在胸闷、胸痛、心悸、头晕、恶心、呼吸困难缓解时间之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论高血压急症治疗中乌拉地尔注射液的临床应用效果较硝酸甘油注射液好,能更有效地降低患者血压、心率,改善患者心肝肾功能,提高患者生活质量、临床疗效,减少患者不良反应的发生,但对患者症状缓解时间无显著影响。Objective To explore clinical application of urapidil injection in treatment of hypertension emergencies.Methods The paper chose 72 hypertensive emergency patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups according to medication method,urapidil injection group and nitroglycerin injection group,with 36 cases in each group.Statistical analysis of blood pressure,heart rate,heart,liver and kidney function indicators,life quality,clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and symptom relief time was carried out between two groups.Results Diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate in urapidil injection group was lower than nitroglycerin injection group(P<0.05),QOL-BRIEF scores were higher than nitroglycerin injection group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in AST,ALT,GGT,SCr,and BUN levels between two groups(P>0.05).Total effective rate in urapidil injection group was higher than nitroglycerin injection group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions of patients with urapidil injection was lower than nitroglycerin injection group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in relief time of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,dizziness,nausea,and dyspnea between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urapidil injection can achieve better clinical application effect than nitroglycerin injection for hypertension emergencies,can effectively reduce blood pressure and heart rate,improve heart,liver and kidney function,life quality and clinical effect,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,and shorten symptom relief time of patients.
