消肿止痛散治疗跌打损伤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察消肿止痛散治疗患者跌打损伤的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月—2023年6月来我院住院治疗的60例跌打损伤患者为观察对象,并按照随机分组原则,将其分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组患者采取消肿止痛散治疗,对照组患者则采取布洛芬片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及视觉模拟评分(VAS),分析患者治疗前后的疼痛程度。结果治疗之后,试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组VAS评分比对照组患者要低(P<0.05)。结论在跌打损伤患者治疗中,应用消肿止痛散能够有效减轻患者的身体疼痛,获得良好的治疗效果。这一药物可以在临床上大力推广,为患者带来更多福音。Objective To observe clinical effect of analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling in treatment of patients with falls and injuries.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with traumatic injuries hospitalized in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2023 as observation subjects,and evenly divided them into experimental group and control group according to random grouping principle,with 30 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling,while control group with ibuprofen tablets.Curative effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)between two groups was compared,degree of pain was analyzed before and after treatment.Results After corresponding drug treatments,total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).VAS scores in experimental group were lower than control group,with significant comparability between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Analgetic powder for subsiding a swelling can effectively alleviate physical pain and achieve good curative effect for patients with falls and injuries,which can be applied in medical clinical practice to bring benefits to patients.
