流产关爱服务在计划生育门诊人工流产术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究流产关爱服务在计划生育门诊人工流产术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月计划生育门诊收治的200例人工流产术患者为研究样本,按照随机抽取方式将其划分为2组,每组100例。对照组开展常规干预;观察组开展流产关爱服务。观察患者各项指标变化情况。结果观察组各项知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。焦虑抑郁状态评估显示,干预前组间未见明显差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组各项分值均降低得更明显(P<0.05)。生活质量水平评估显示,干预前组间未见明显差异(P>0.05);干预后两组各项分值均提高,且观察组各项分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流产关爱服务对计划生育门诊人工流产术患者具有良好的干预价值,可以加强患者对避孕知识的掌握,缓解其心理负面情绪,推广优势显著。Objective To understand effect of abortion care services for patients with artificial abortion in family planning outpatient department.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with artificial abortion in family planning outpatient department from January 2022 to December 2022 as research samples for data analysis,and divided them into groups randomly,100 cases in control group were treated with routine intervention and 100 cases in observation group with abortion care services.Changes in various indicators of patients were observed.Results Observation group had higher scores in various knowledge mastery than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Psychological and emotional assessment showed no significant difference between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,observation group had more significant decrease in all scores,with visible difference(P<0.05).Life quality level showed no significant difference before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,related scores in observation group were higher than control group,with visible difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Abortion care services can achieve good intervention value for patients with artificial abortion in family planning outpatient department,can strengthen understanding of contraception knowledge,improve negative psychological emotions,and promote contraception reasonably,which has significant advantages of promotion.
