袋鼠式护理联合产后康复治疗仪对初产妇产后乳汁淤积的影响  

Effect of Kangaroo Style Nursing Combined with Postpartum Rehabilitation Therapy Device on Postpartum Milk Stasis of Primiparous Women

摘　　要：目的探讨袋鼠式护理联合产后康复治疗仪对初产妇产后乳汁淤积的影响。方法纳入本医疗机构在2022年1月—2023年1月接诊的98位初次分娩的产妇作为研究样本。通过随机数表法将这些产妇分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组包含49位产妇。对照组用袋鼠式护理结合热敷按摩法护理,观察组采取袋鼠式护理联合产后康复治疗仪,两组均护理治疗1周。比较两组患者干预前后乳房疼痛、肿块大小、泌乳情况以及干预后临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,两组产妇乳腺痛感、肿块体积及乳汁分泌功能均有显著改善,观察组在这些指标上的改善程度均优于对照组,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理联合产后康复治疗仪可以有效改善乳汁淤积现象,减轻乳房不适感。Objective To explore effect of kangaroo style nursing combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy on postpartum milk stasis of primiparous women.Methods The study included 98 first-time postpartum women in our medical institution from January 2022 to January 2023 as study samples,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,namely control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Control group was treated with kangaroo style nursing combined with hot compress massage,while observation group with kangaroo style nursing combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy equipment,with treatment of one week.Breast pain,tumor size,lactation status,and clinical effect was compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After treatment course,evaluation indicators of breast pain,tumor volume,and milk secretion function were significantly improved between two groups.Comparison showed improvement level of indicators in observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),overall curative effect of observation group was better than control group.Conclusion Kangaroo style nursing combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy can improve milk stasis and alleviate breast discomfort effectively.
