摘 要:目的探讨标准化微量喂养支持与抚触辅助对早产儿喂养耐受性及生长发育的影响。方法选择广东省梅州市妇幼保健院新生儿科2021年9月—2023年8月接治的早产儿100例实施研究,按1:1比例分组,对照组予常规喂养支持,观察组采取标准化微量喂养支持联合抚触辅助,比较两组的喂养耐受性及生长发育指标。结果①喂养耐受性:观察组腹胀、呕吐及胃残余量偏高等发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);②并发症:观察组感染、坏死性小肠结肠炎等发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);③生长发育指标:观察组体重、身长及头围增长幅度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);④喂养状况:观察组全量肠胃营养、呕吐腹胀消失用时等较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿给予标准化微量喂养支持与抚触辅助可有效降低其喂养不耐受发生率,减少相关并发症,促进其生长发育,值得借鉴。Objective To explore effect of standardized micro feeding support and touch assistance on improvement of feeding tolerance and other indicators of premature infants.Methods The paper chose 100 premature infants in Neonatology Department of Meizhou City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to August 2023,and divided them into groups in a 1:1 ratio.Control group was treated with routine feeding support,while observation group with standardized micro feeding support combined with touch assistance.Indicators were compared.Result①Feeding tolerance:Observation group had lower levels of incidence of abdominal distension,vomiting,and gastric residue than control group(P<0.05).②Complications:Observation group had lower incidence of infection and necrotizing enterocolitis than control group(P<0.05).③Growth and development indicators:Observation group had more significant increase in weight,body length,and head circumference than control group(P<0.05).④Feeding status:Observation group had shorter time for complete gastrointestinal nutrition,disappearance of vomiting and bloating than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized micro feeding support and touch assistance can reduce incidence of feeding intolerance,related complications,and promote growth and development of premature infants effectively,which is worthy of reference.
