摘 要:目的探讨大学生心理健康状况及护理措施。方法随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月社区医院服务的在校大学生120名,均给予综合护理干预,分析学习压力和心理健康状况的关系以及护理干预前后的学习压力状况和心理健康状况评分。结果大学生学习压力和心理健康状况之间存在正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理干预后,大学生学习压力评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理健康状况评分均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生受到学业和就业压力等因素的影响,容易出现人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁等心理健康问题,应加大关注力度和综合护理干预,以减轻大学生的心理压力。Objective To explore psychological health status and nursing measures of college students.Methods The paper chose 120 college students served in community hospitals from September 2022 to September 2023 randomly,treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,analyzed relationship between learning pressure and mental health status and scores of learning pressure and mental health status before and after nursing intervention.Results There was positive correlation between academic pressure and mental health status of college students,(P<0.05).After comprehensive nursing intervention,academic stress scores of college students were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Psychological health scores were better than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion College students may have psychological health problems including interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,and depression because of influence of academic and employment pressure and etc.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to them take comprehensive nursing interventions to alleviate psychological pressure of college students.
