摘　　要：雄激素性秃发是脱发问题中最为常见的一种类型,其主要特征在于头发从额头至头顶逐渐稀疏,直至形成明显的秃顶现象。在治疗此类脱发问题中,中药以其独特的优势备受青睐。雄激素性脱发主要表现为头发在发际线和头顶区域逐渐变细,以男性患者为主,但女性亦有可能受到此病症的困扰。近几年来,随着不断深入地研究,对该病的治疗和认识也在不断地更新。本文从中医辨证论治、经验方剂和中医特色外治法三个方面,对其在临床上的应用进行了综述。Androgenic baldness is the most common type of hair loss,characterized by gradually hair falling off from forehead to head top,and forming baldness.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages.Androgenic alopecia is a common phenomenon that gradually tapers off around hairline and head top.It is more common in males and also occurs in females.Treatment and understanding of the disease have been constantly updated with continuous deepening of research in recent years.The article reviews clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine from three aspects:syndrome differentiation and treatment,empirical formulas,and unique external treatment methods.
