探究单孔胸腔镜对肺结节患者术后胸腔引流量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究单孔胸腔镜对肺结节患者术后胸腔引流量及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月滨海人民医院胸外科收治的60例肺结节患者为研究对象,并按手术方式不同分观察组对照组,每组30例。其中,观察组采用单孔胸腔镜手术,对照组采用非单孔胸腔镜手术,比较两组患者术后胸腔引流量、术中出血量、术后拔管时间和住院时间及肺功能情况、并发症发生率。结果研究组术后胸腔引流量、术中出血量、住院时间少于对照组,拔管时间早于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后肺功能低于治疗前,且观察组用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组,第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实行单孔胸腔镜可显著治疗肺结节、术后恢复较快,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate effect of single port thoracoscopy on postoperative thoracic drainage volume and complications of patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with pulmonary nodules in Thoracic Surgery Department of Binhai City People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with single port thoracoscopy surgery,while control group with non single port thoracoscopy surgery.Postoperative thoracic drainage volume,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative extubation time,hospital stay,lung function,and incidence of complications was compared between two groups.Results Postoperative thoracic drainage volume,intraoperative bleeding volume,and hospital stay in observation group was less than control group,and extubation time was earlier than control group(P<0.05).Postoperative lung function in both groups was lower than before treatment,and forced vital capacity(FVC)in observation group was higher than control group.Ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the first second was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was 20.00%,lower than control group(30.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Single port thoracoscopy can treat pulmonary nodules significantly,with faster postoperative recovery and significant clinical effect.
