中药辨证治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的效果

摘　　要：目的本文通过将常规西药治疗、西药联合中药辨证治疗两种方式治疗后患者的症状改善情况和安全性进行比较,来探讨和分析两种治疗方式的实际应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月本院收治的60例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用抽签的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间各项症状积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均有所降低,且观察组更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间不良事件的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗过程中,相较于单独依赖西药治疗的传统方法,结合中医的辨证施治理念进行联合治疗,能够更为显著地减轻患者的临床症状,同时不会增加患者的生理负担,确保治疗过程的安全性。此举展现出较高的临床实用价值,值得在临床实践中进一步推广与应用。Objective The article compared symptom improvement and safety of patients treated with routine Western medicine and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,explored and analyzed practical application effect of two treatment methods.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 as study samples,and divided them into two groups with lottery methods,control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Corresponding treatment methods were routine Western medicine treatment and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher,comparison between two groups showed P<0.05.Comparison of symptom scores between groups before treatment showed P>0.05.After treatment,scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in two groups decreased,with P<0.05.Observation group had lower scores,with P<0.05.Incidence of adverse events during treatment between two groups showed P>0.05.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can achieve significant curative effect on chronic ulcerative colitis based on syndrome differentiation.
