大量输血前后患者常用检验指标的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大量输血前后患者血液及生化检验指标的变化情况。方法选取2023年1—5月在本院进行手术治疗的35例接受大量输血患者为对象,观察记录输血前后凝血酶原时间、活血部分凝血酶时间、血小板、血清钙(Ca^(2+))、钾(K^(+))、钠(Na^(+))及纤维蛋白(FIB)水平等常见检验指标变化情况。结果大量输血后,患者血小板和Ca^(2+)水平明显下降,与输血前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝血酶原时间和活化部分凝血时间在输血后均有所增长,同输血前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输血前后,患者血清钾(K^(+))、血清钠(Na^(+))和血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)等指标变化无明显差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大量输血会对患者的凝血功能产生不良影响。因此,密切监测患者在接受大量输血前后的各项检验指标对于预防和减少由大量输血所带来的潜在风险是至关重要的。Objective To explore changes of blood and biochemical test indicators of patients before and after massive blood transfusion.Methods The paper chose 35 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from January to May 2023 as study subjects,observed and recorded changes in common test indicators including prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time,platelets,serum calcium,potassium,sodium and fibrinogen levels before and after blood transfusion.Results After massive blood transfusion,platelet and serum calcium levels of patients decreased significantly,difference was statistically significant compared with before transfusion(P<0.05).Prothrombin time and activated partial coagulation time increased after transfusion,difference was statistically significant compared with before transfusion(P<0.05).Before and after blood transfusion,there was no significant difference in changes of serum potassium(K^(+)),serum sodium(Na^(+))and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)of patients,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Massive blood transfusion may cause adverse effect on coagulation function of patients.Therefore,it is crucial to monitor various test indicators of patients before and after massive blood transfusions closely for preventing and reducing potential risks caused by massive blood transfusions.
