类风湿性关节炎采用系统性健康教育护理的效果评价及对患者睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在类风湿性关节炎中,系统性健康教育工作的影响。方法选取本院2022年5月—2023年5月收治的60例患者为研究对象,按抽签分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用系统性健康教育,对比两组患者护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者的实验分值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,患者心理境况分值降低,自护与睡眠质量逐渐提高,观察组数值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者在治疗过程中,通过实施系统性的健康教育护理措施,能够显著改善患者的心理状态。此护理方式不仅增强了患者的自我护理能力,还有助于逐步控制病情,并有效保障患者的睡眠质量,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze effect of systematic health education on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with systematic health education on the basis of control group.Curative effect was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in experimental scores between two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,psychological condition scores decreased,quality of selfcare and sleep gradually improved.Observation group had better values than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education and nursing can improve psychological condition of rheumatoid arthritis patients,improve self-care ability of patients,suppress onset of the disease gradually,and ensure sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
