人文关怀护理在老年2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在老年2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法择取2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的50例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,利用数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组25例。其中,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施人文关怀护理。对两组患者护理后遵医行为以及护理前后血糖水平、护理满意率进行对比。结果护理后,实验组患者遵医行为分数较对照组更高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖较对照组更低(P<0.05);实验组护理满意率高于对照组满意率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理的实施不仅有助于提升患者的遵医依从性,更能够有效管理患者的血糖水平,其显著的应用效果使得该护理方法具备广泛推广的价值。Objective To explore significance of humanistic care nursing for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into groups with digital table method.25 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 25 cases in experimental group with humanistic care nursing.Compliance behavior,blood glucose levels,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups after nursing.Results After humanistic care nursing,compliance scores in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood glucose levels between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of nursing in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),data showed statistically significant.Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can improve compliance behavior,control blood sugar of patients effectively,which is worth promoting.
