活血健脾止痛方联合InterTan治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血健脾止痛方联合InterTan治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年5月于汕头市中医医院住院的40例诊断为股骨粗隆间骨折的患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字法分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。治疗组应用InterTan内固定术,配合活血健脾止痛方,对照组仅应用InterTan内固定术。比较两组术前及术后第1、7天的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,术前及术后1、3个月的Harris评分,并统计两组术后不良事件发生情况。结果:两组术前和术后第1天VAS评分及评分分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后第7天VAS评分及评分分级均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前Harris评分及评分分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后1、3个月Harris评分及评分分级均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在随访期间均未发生不良事件。结论:活血健脾止痛方联合InterTan治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,可减轻患者围手术期疼痛,改善髋关节功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription combined with InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method:A total of 40 patients diagnosed with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who were hospitalized in Shantou Hospital of TCM from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20)by random number method.The treatment group was treated with InterTan internal fixation combined with Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription,and the control group was only treated with InterTan internal fixation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score before surgery and on the first,7th day after surgery and Harris score before surgery and 1 and 3 months after surgery of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of postoperative adverse events in the two groups were analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in VAS scores and score grading between the two groups before surgery and the first day after surgery(P>0.05).VAS scores and score grading in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Harris score and score grading between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The Harris scores and score grading of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group 1 and 3 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription combined with InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur can reduce perioperative pain and improve hip joint function.
