驱白巴布期片联合醋酸泼尼松龙对快速进展期节段型白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察驱白巴布期片联合醋酸泼尼松龙对快速进展期节段型白癜风的疗效。方法本研究选取2020年3月—2022年12月本院收治的62例快速进展期节段型白癜风患者,以随机数字表法分为单药组和联合组,每组31例。其中,单药组采用醋酸泼尼松龙片治疗,联合组在单药组用药基础上应用驱白巴布期片治疗,比较两组皮损面积、复色时长、疗效、实验室指标、炎症因子、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果联合组患者治疗后皮损面积明显小于单药组,其皮损复色时长短于单药组;联合组治疗总有效率显著高于单药组;联合组治疗后白细胞计数(WBC)及血小板淋巴细胞比值(PLR)含量均高于单药组,其白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)明显低于单药组;联合组患者治疗后简易生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单药组与联合组不良反应发生率(12.90%vs.22.58%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论驱白巴布期片联合醋酸泼尼松龙用于临床快速进展期节段型白癜风治疗中具有确切疗效。Objective To observe curative effect of Qubai babuqi tablets combined with prednisolone acetate for rapidly progressive segmental vitiligo.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with rapidly progressive segmental vitiligo in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.Single drug group was treated with prednisolone acetate tablets only(31 cases),while combination group with Qubai babuqi tablets on the basis of single drug group(31 cases).Skin lesion area,color recovery time,effect,laboratory indicators,inflammatory factors,life quality,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,skin lesion area in combination group was significantly smaller than single drug group,and duration of skin lesion discoloration was longer than single drug group.Total effective rate of combination group was significantly higher than single drug group.After combined treatment,levels of white blood cell count(WBC)and platelet lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in combination group were higher than single drug group,while levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)were significantly lower than single drug group.Scores of all dimensions of Simplified Life quality Scale(SF-36)in combination group after treatment were higher than single drug group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between single drug group and combination group(12.90%vs 22.58%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Qubai babuqi tablets and prednisolone acetate can achieve definite curative effect for rapidly progressive segmental vitiligo in clinical practice.
