摘　　要：目的探讨结核病患者运用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药的不良反应,并且进行报告分析,明确其对合理用药的影响。方法在福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的肺结核患者中,择取2020年1月—2021年12月入院实施氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗后出现不良反应的110例作为研究对象。对研究样本的临床指标进行统计,明确不良反应的类型,且分析造成不良反应的关键影响因素,并提出合理用药意见。结果在110例出现不良反应的肺结核患者中,相较男性患者,女性患者的数量较少;以30~40岁为高发年龄段,约占61.82%(68/110),相较于其他年龄段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药的发生率较高,且给药方式多为静脉注射。氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用频率依次为氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、莫西沙星、加替沙星等,不良反应包括皮肤、神经、消化、血液等多个方面。结论在针对肺结核患者实施氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的治疗过程中,必须全面了解和掌握药物的禁忌证与适应证,确保治疗方案的科学性与合理性。同时,应结合患者的实际情况和具体病情,精心制定并应用恰当的联合用药方案,以确保药物治疗的有效性与安全性,并最大限度地减少不良反应的发生风险。Objective To investigate adverse reactions of fluoroquinolone antibiotics for tuberculosis patients,report and analyze effect on rational drug use.Methods The paper chose 110 tuberculosis patients with adverse reactions after receiving fluoroquinolone antibiotics in the First Hospital of the city from January 2020 to December 2021 as study subjects,carried on statistics of clinical indicators of research subjects,identify types of adverse reactions,analyze key influencing factors for adverse reactions,and propose suggestions on rational drug use.Results Among 110 tuberculosis patients with adverse reactions,number of females was relatively less than males,group with age between 30 and 40 had high incidence,accounting for approximately 61.82%(68/110),with significant difference from other age groups,(P<0.05).Incidence of combination therapy was relatively higher,administration channel was mostly intravenous injection.Frequency of fluoroquinolone antibiotics was as following:ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,norfloxacin,moxifloxacin,gatifloxacin,etc.Adverse reactions included multiple aspects including skin,nerves,digestion and blood.Conclusion It is necessary to fully understand contraindications and indications of the drugs,and combine specific conditions of patients to ensure correct combination therapy,rational drug use,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions when treating tuberculosis patients with fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
