MDT护理模式对老年压疮患者的康复效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)护理模式对老年压疮患者的康复效果。方法选择2022年1—2月在本院治疗的老年压疮患者84例为研究对象。采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和MDT组,每组42例。对照组行常规护理,如使用无菌敷料保持创面清洁等。MDT组采取多学科协作护理模式进行护理干预,具体流程包括患者压疮个案分析、个案汇总、MDT干预方法建立、MDT护理工作实施、MDT出院指导等。护理后,从患者压疮面肿胀和疼痛评分、患者清创时间和愈合时间、护理满意度等方面,比较护理效果。结果MDT组患者压疮面肿胀和疼痛评分均低于对照组,平均清创时间和愈合时间少于对照组,压疮护理、综合护理和出院指导等角度的护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT护理模式有效提高了老年压疮患者的康复效果。Objective To explore rehabilitation effect of MDT nursing model for elderly pressure ulcer patients.Methods The paper chose 84 elderly patients with pressure ulcers in our hospital from January to February 2022 as treatment subjects,and divided them into control group and MDT group with random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,including maintaining wound cleanliness with sterile dressings,MDT group with MDT nursing model for nursing intervention.Specific process included pressure ulcer case analysis,case summary,establishment of MDT intervention,implementation of MDT nursing,MDT discharge guidance,and etc.After nursing,nursing effect was compared including pressure ulcer swelling and pain scores,debridement and healing time,and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.Results MDT group had lower scores of pressure ulcer swelling and pains than control group,with lower average debridement and healing times than control group.Satisfaction degree with pressure ulcer care,comprehensive care,and discharge guidance MDT group than was higher control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT nursing model can improve rehabilitation effect of elderly pressure ulcer patients effectively.
