桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者鼻内镜术后应用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月在黄石市第五医院接受鼻内镜术的CRSwNP患者共计80例,以随机数字表法分成研究组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗,研究组给予桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、鼻黏膜功能、炎症因子及不良反应。结果:统计治疗总有效率,研究组95.00%(38/40)较对照组77.50%(31/40)更高(P<0.05);研究组症状(鼻塞流涕、鼻黏膜水肿、嗅觉异常、囊泡)消失时间较对照组均更早(P<0.05);治疗后两组纤毛清除率(MCC)均提高,糖精清除时间(SCT)均缩短(P<0.05),研究组MCC较对照组更高,SCT更短(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均下降(P<0.05),研究组较对照组均更低(P<0.05);统计不良反应发生率,研究组10.00%(4/40)与对照组5.00%(2/40)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CRSwNP患者鼻内镜术后应用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗,能够提高临床疗效,缩短症状消失时间,改善鼻黏膜功能,调节炎症因子水平,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules and Budesonide Aerosol after nasal endoscopy in patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP).Method:A total of 80 CRSwNP patients from January 2020 to December 2023 who underwent nasal endoscopy in Huangshi Fifth Hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Budesonide Aerosol,while the study group was treated with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combined with Budesonide Aerosol.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,nasal mucosal function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Result:In the total effective rate of treatment,95.00%(38/40)in the study group was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of symptoms(nasal congestion and runny nose,nasal mucosal edema,abnormal smell and vesicles)in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mocociliary clearance(MCC)in both groups were increased,and the saccharin clearance time(SCT)were shortened(P<0.05),in comparision of the control group,the MCC of the study group was higher,and the SCT was shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)levels in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,those in the study group were lower(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group[10.00%(4/40)]and the control group[5.00%(2/40)]was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules and Budesonide Aerosol after nasal endoscopy in CRSwNP patients can improve clinical efficacy,shorten symptom disappearance time,improve nasal mucosal function,regulate inflammatory factor levels,and have high safety.
