益肾补骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾补骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月海安市中医院收治的84例绝经后骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用益肾补骨汤治疗,疗程为3个月。比较两组临床效果、腰椎部位的骨密度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、血清相关指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]。结果:治疗后,试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组腰椎骨密度高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾补骨汤显著提高了绝经后骨质疏松症患者的中医证候治疗效果、腰椎骨密度,减轻VAS评分,以及优化了TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10等血清指标,为临床治疗提供了新的策略。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Bugu Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Method:A total of 84 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the study,they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Yishen Bugu Decoction on the basis of the control group for a course of 3 months.Clinical efficacy,lumbar spine bone density,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,and serum indicators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-10(IL-10)]were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar spine bone density in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Bugu Decoction significantly improves the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome treatment outcomes,lumbar spine bone density,reduces VAS scores,and optimizes serum indicators such as TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10,providing a new strategy for clinical treatment.
