摘　　要：阿司匹林即乙酰水杨酸,是非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDS)的代表,其作为被广泛使用的一种古老药物,临床药用价值不断被挖掘,除用于解热镇痛抗炎外,还具有多种生物医学功能,如抗肿瘤、心绞痛,类风湿关节炎,偏头痛,先兆子痫、神经、精神等。在众多领域均展现了良好的治疗效果。近年来随着育龄期女性对生育方面具有更高的需求,越来越多的研究表明阿司匹林在防治女性生殖系统疾病中发挥着重要作用,可改善女性不孕症的妊娠结局。本文就阿司匹林在辅助生殖领域的机制及应用进行综述。Aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid,a representative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS).As an ancient drug widely used,its clinical medicinal value has been continuously explored.In addition to being used for antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,Aspirin also has a variety of biomedical functions,such as anti-tumor,angina pectoris,rheumatoid arthritis,migraine,preeclampsia,nerve and spirit.It has shown good therapeutic effect in many fields.In recent years,as women of childbearing age have a higher demand for fertility,more and more studies have shown that Aspirin plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of female reproductive system diseases and can improve the pregnancy outcome of female infertility.This article reviews the mechanism and application of Aspirin in the field of assisted reproduction.
