摘　　要：The biggest personal change I’ve ever made is that I have formed the habit of getting up early.When I was a kid, I enjoyed staying up late. Later on, my parents told me the benefits of getting up early. For example, I could breathe fresh morning air. Besides, I could go walking or jogging and thus building a strong body.
