摘 要:传统单出杆式粘滞阻尼器受到大冲击时,其内部流体介质流经圆环缝隙或圆孔时流速极高,易发生空化而产生震动或噪音。本文提出了一种使用V型节流槽的单出杆式阻尼器,利用V型节流槽出口的导流特性以及变化的过流面积,增强阻尼器的稳定性及阻尼性能。为了验证该结构阻尼器应对大冲击时的流场稳定性能,利用ANSYS Fluent软件的RNGk-ε湍流模型对阻尼器V型节流槽内流场流动进行模拟,利用Mixture模型对流场内部空化现象进行模拟。结果表明:1)通过对比不同节流槽开度的情况,发现较大开度和较小开度情况下空化发生的位置以及范围均不同;2)通过对比节流槽开口角度大小,发现开口角度影响活塞壁面空化区域的位置;3)通过对比不同黏度的流体介质,发现使用介质的黏度对空化发生有着明显影响。When the traditional single-rod viscous baffler is subjected to a large impact,the flow velocity of the internal fluid medium through the annular gap or round hole is extremely high,which is prone to cavitation,vibration or noise.A single-rod baffler using a V-shaped throttling groove is proposed,which uses the diversion characteristics of the outlet of the V-shaped throttling groove and the variable overflow area to enhance the stability and damping performance of the baffler.In order to verify the stability of the flow field of the structural baffler in response to large impact,the RNGk-8 turbulence model of ANSYS Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field flow in the V-shaped throttling groove of the baffler,and the Mixture model is used to simulate the cavitation phenomenon inside the flow field.The results show that:1)By comparing the openings of different throttle troughs,it is found that the positions and ranges of cavitation occur differently under the conditions of larger openings and smaller openings;2)By comparing the opening angle of the throttling groove,it is found that the opening angle affects the position of the cavitation area of the piston wall;3)By comparing the fluid media with different viscosities,it is found that the viscosity of the used medium has a significant impact on the occurrence of cavitation.
