银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病患者的效果。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年7月该院收治的200例寻常型银屑病患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=100)与观察组(n=100)。对照组采用阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银屑胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后皮肤瘙痒程度[四项目瘙痒量表(FIIQ)]评分、生命质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]评分、T细胞亚群指标[调节性T细胞(Treg)、辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.00%(93/100),高于对照组的82.00%(82/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FIIQ、DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Treg水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组Th1、Th17水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-23、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善T细胞亚群指标水平,降低FIIQ评分、DLQI评分和炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯阿维A胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yinxie capsules combined with Acitretin capsules in treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 200 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to this hospital from July 2022 to July 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The control group was treated with Acitretin capsules,while the observation group was treated with Yinxie capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the itching degree[four-item itching questionnaire(FIIQ)]score,the quality of life[dermatology life quality index(DLQI)]score,the T cell subsets[regulatory T cells(Treg),helper T cells 1(Th1),helper T cells 17(Th17)]levels,the inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-23(IL-23),C-reactive protein(CRP)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.00%(93/100),which was higher than 82.00%(82/100)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the FIIQ and DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Treg in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of Th1 and Th17 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-23 and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically
