清气化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察清气化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗痰热闭肺型小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年2月该院收治的120例痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎患儿进行前瞻性研究。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用清气化痰汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,症状消失时间,治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))和用力肺活量(FVC)]、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%(55/60),高于对照组的73.33%(44/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺啰音等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FEV_(1)、FVC水平均高于对照组,血清CRP、PCT、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清气化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,能够加快症状消失,提高肺功能,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单用阿奇霉素治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to February 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with Qingqi Huatan decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom disappearance time,the levels of lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and forced vital capacity(FVC)]and the inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)]before and after the treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than 73.33%(44/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,expectoration and lung rale in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FEV_(1) and FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of serum CRP,PCT and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with Azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in the children,which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,improve the lung function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to simple Azithromycin treatme
