摘  要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)基导电水凝胶在人体健康监测、软机器人、柔性可穿戴电子设备等领域的研究受到广泛关注.本工作将聚吡咯@聚多巴胺纳米粒子(PPy@PDA NPs)分散在聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)预凝胶溶液中,通过冻融循环法制备聚乙烯醇/聚乙烯亚胺/聚吡咯@聚多巴胺纳米粒子导电复合水凝胶(PPN).研究结果表明, PPN具有优秀的机械性能,其断裂应变为507%,最大拉伸强度为158.59 kPa,对于皮肤有着良好的黏附性能,黏附强度为21.49 kPa,PPN最大电导率为0.28 S/m,并且具有优秀的生物相容性,通过?R/R0-t曲线证明该水凝胶可以用于检测人体运动信号与信号输入. PPN水凝胶在柔性传感领域有着良好的应用前景.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)-based conductive hydrogels have gained significant attention in various fields, such as healthcare monitoring, soft robotics, and flexible wearable electronic devices. In this study, we dispersed polypyrrole@poly-dopamine nanoparticles(PPy@PDA NPs) in a pre-gel solution of polyvinyl alcohol and polyethyleneimine(PEI), and prepared a polyvinyl alcohol/polyethyleneimine/poly-pyrrole@poly-dopamine nanoparticle(PPN)conductive composite hydrogel via a freeze-thaw cycle method. The PPN hydrogel exhibited excellent mechanical properties, with a fracture strain of 507% and a maximum tensile strength of 158.59 kPa. It also exhibited strong adhesion to the skin, with an adhesion strength of 21.49 kPa. The PPN hydrogel demonstrated a maximum electrical conductivity of 0.28 S/m. Additionally, it showed excellent biocompatibility, and the ΔR/R_0-t curve confirmed its capability to detect human motion signals and input signals. The PPN hydrogel holds great promise for applications in the field of flexible sensing.
