摘　　要：阐述以非标自动化设备的设计特点,将精益要求贯穿在设计应用中。运用精益工具和工业工程方法,以最小的必要投入设计出更精确、更适应生产要求、更符合顾客期待的非标自动化设备。This paper expounds the design characteristics of non-standard automation equipment,integrating lean requirements into design applications.It utilizes lean tools and industrial engineering methods to design non-standard automation equipment that is more precise,adaptable to production requirements,and more in line with customer expectations with minimal necessary investment.
