摘　　要：阐述针对农网智能化改造的技术问题,提出电能质量综合治理配置方案,包括谐波治理、三相不平衡补偿治理、电压波动和闪变治理。探讨农网低压配电监控系统智能化,介绍系统结构层次和功能。This paper describes the technical issues related to the intelligent transformation of rural power grids and proposes a comprehensive power quality control configuration plan,including harmonic control,three-phase imbalance compensation control,voltage fluctuation and flicker control.It explores the intelligence of low-voltage distribution monitoring systems in rural power grids,introduces the system structure hierarchy and functions.
