摘 要:飞机发动机通常采用飞机附件机匣和发动机附件机匣分置结构,使用柔性传动轴连接。柔性传动轴模态设计是设计的重要环节,通过仿真分析获取柔性传动轴模态并进行试验迭代模型,可加速其设计过程。采用有限元法对膜盘型柔性传动轴进行仿真建模,计算固支条件下的固有频率与振型。采用移动力锤法对其进行模态实验,基于模态参数识别理论,利用Poly Max方法对柔性传动轴的传递函数进行模态参数估计与识别,以避免传统模态识别中高阻尼结构产生的测量误差。结果表明,试验识别的柔性传动轴一阶和二阶固有频率与振型和仿真计算结果相差约2%。考虑到膜盘的加工公差,仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好,所得结果可为后续膜盘型柔性传动轴的设计提供借鉴和参考。Aircraft engines usually adopt a split structure of the aircraft accessory chassis and the engine accessory chassis,which are connected by a flexible drive shaft.The modal design of the flexible transmission shaft is an important part of the design.Obtaining the modal of the flexible transmission shaft through simulation analysis and carrying out the experimental iteration model can accelerate the design process.The finite element method is used to simulate the flexible transmission shaft with diaphragm,and the natural frequency and vibration mode under fixed support are calculated.Based on the theory of modal parameter identification,Poly-Max method is used to estimate and identify the modal parameters of the transfer function of the flexible transmission shaft,so as to avoid the measurement error caused by the high damping structure in the traditional modal identification.The results show that the first and second order natural frequencies of the flexible transmission shaft identified by the experiment differ by about 2%from the vibration modes and simulation results.Considering the machining tolerance of the diaphragm,the simulation results are consistent with the test results,and the obtained results can provide reference for the subsequent design of the diaphragm flexible transmission shaft.
