摘 要:采用溶液聚合法,以软单体丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、硬单体丙烯酸甲酯功能单体丙烯酸和溶剂乙酸乙酯为原料,经引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,交联剂乙酰丙酮铝作用,制备不同胶层厚度的溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶,探究不同功能单体浓度对丙烯酸酯压敏胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当胶层厚度为30μm,丙烯酸浓度为10.96%,丙烯酸酯压敏胶的180°剥离强度最大值为2730.5 gf·(25 mm)^(-1);当胶层厚度为30μm,丙烯酸浓度为5.80%,环形初粘力最大值为16.559 N·(25 mm)^(-1);当胶层厚度为20μm,丙烯酸浓度为8.45%和10.96%时,位移量均为0.5 mm,持粘性好。因此,当胶层厚度为30μm,浓度为8.45%时,丙烯酸酯压敏胶的综合性能较好。The solvent acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with different thickness are prepared by solution polymerization using soft monomer 2-ethylhexyl acrylate,hard monomer functional monomer acrylic acid and solvent ethyl acetate as raw materials.The effects of different functional monomer concentrations on the performance of acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive are investigated.The results show that when the thickness of the adhesive layer is 30μm,and the concentration of acrylic acid is 10.96%,the maximum peel strength of the acrylate is 2730.5 gf·(25 mm)^(-1) at 180°.When the thickness of the adhesive layer is 30μm,and the acrylic acid concentration is 5.80%,the maximum initial adhesive strength of the ring is 16.559 N·(25 mm)^(-1).When the thickness of the adhesive layer is 20μm and the acrylic acid concentration is 8.45%and 10.96%,the displacement is 0.5 mm with good adhesion.Therefore,when the thickness of the adhesive layer is 30μm and the concentration is 8.45%,the comprehensive performance of the acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive is better.
