2016—2022年自贡市居民死因监测分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析2016—2022年自贡市居民死亡水平及死因谱变化情况,了解自贡市居民的健康状况及主要死因,为制定和调整卫生政策、控制人群健康影响因素提供依据。方法在人口死亡信息登记管理系统中查询下载2016—2022年自贡市常住人口死亡数据,通过Excel2013软件进行数据整理分析,计算年龄别死亡率,标化死亡率;通过Joinpoint软件计算死亡率年度变化百分比(APC)和平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)。结果2016—2022年自贡市居民死亡率逐年上升;标化死亡率在2016—2021年间呈逐年下降趋势,2022年出现上升。感染性疾病中肺炎死亡率在2022年出现明显上升;伤害死亡中意外跌落上升至伤害死亡顺位第1位;慢性疾病中循环系统疾病死亡率逐年上升,呼吸系统疾病在2016—2021年间呈下降趋势,2022年死亡率上升,恶性肿瘤呈逐年上升趋势;单病种死亡原因,缺血性心脏病上升为死亡顺位第1位。结论自贡市居民死亡率在2022年明显上升,主要为感染性疾病中肺炎和慢性病中循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病快速增长,这可能与新冠病毒感染有关。随着自贡市居民老龄化程度加深和老年人慢性病患病率越来越高,今后除做好感染性疾病防控工作外,还需做好慢性病患者的健康管理,才能提高人群健康状况,有效降低死亡。Objective To understand the health status and the main causes of death of Zigong City redidents by analyzing the change of mortality level and death cause pectrum of Zigong residents from 2016 to 2022,to provides theoretical basis for the government on further develop health policies,adjust and control the factors influencing population health.Methods The annual death data of Zigong residents from 2016 to 2022 were downloaded by searching“Death Reporting Information System”.Data analysis was performed by the Excel 2013 software,the age mortality and standardized mortality were calculated.The annual percent change(APC)and average annual percent change(AAPC)of mortality was calculated by the joinpoint software.Results From 2016to 2022,the mortality rate of residents in Zigong Ciey increased year by year;The standardized mortality rate decreased year by year from 2016 to 2021 and increased in 2022.The mortality rate of pneumonia in infectious diseases increased significantly in 2022.The accidental fall in injury death increased year by year to the first place in injury death;The mortality rate of circulatory system diseases in chronic diseases increased year by year,the mortality rate of respiratory diseases decreased from 2016 to 2021,the mortality rate increased in 2022,and the mortality rate of malignant tumors increased year by year.The cause of death of single disease,ischemic heart disease rose to the first place of death.Conclusions The mortality rate of residents in Zigong city increased significantly in 2022,mainly due to pneumonia in infectious diseases and the rapid growth of circulatory and respiratory diseases in chronic diseases,which may be related to the novel coronavirus infection.With the deepening of the aging degree of residents in Zigong City and the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly,in the future,in addition to the prevention and control of infectious diseases,it is necessary to do a good job in the health management of patients with chronic diseases in order to impro
