摘 要:石油焦中挥发分气体在罐式炉内料罐中的料层气体阻力特性是挥发分能否顺畅逸出的关键。首先通过实验检测方法系统研究石油焦孔隙率、堆积密度等物性参数,其次搭建了石油焦颗粒堆积床层气体流动阻力实验装置,并在此基础上开展了料层高度、床径比、颗粒粒度、气体流速对料层阻力的影响规律研究。结果表明:随着石油焦粒度增加,堆积密度下降,孔隙率上升;当床径比D/d_(p)>20,壁面效应影响可忽略;料层阻力与气体流速正相关,与颗粒粒度负相关;堆积料层阻力关系式为f_(p)=6.922×10^(60)ε^(86.519)(1-ε)^(105.394)Re^(-1.047)_(p),研究可为罐式炉煅烧石油焦挥发分气体的行为提供理论支撑。The resistance characteristics of the volatile gases in the packed bed of petroleum coke in the vertical shaft calciner is key to whether the volatiles can escape smoothly.This study first systematically investigated the physical parameters of petroleum coke,such as porosity and bulk density,through experimental testing methods.Secondly,an experimental device for measuring the pressure drop in the packed bed of petroleum coke was constructed.Based on this,the study explored the influence of material layer height,bed diameter ratio,particle size,and gas flow rate on the pressure drop of the bed.The research results show that as the particle size of petroleum coke increases,the bulk density decreases,and the porosity increases.When the bed diameter ratio D/d_(p)>20,the wall effect can be ignored.The unit pressure drop is positively correlated with the gas flow rate and negatively correlated with the particle size.The dimensionless relationship for the resistance of the accumulated coke layer is f_(p)=6.922×10^(60)ε^(86.519)(1-ε)^(105.394)Re^(-1.047)_(p).This study provides theoretical support for understanding the behavior of volatile gases during the calcination of petroleum coke in a vertical shaft calciner.
