摘　　要：公安行政执法案例指导制度是法治政府建设的重要举措。当下,公安行政执法案例指导制度之“案例”主要存在多个名称混用、选用标准宽泛、公开范围不清等问题。为此,需辨析并明确“公安行政执法指导案例”的名称,根据指导对象和指导目的,细化公安行政执法指导案例的选用标准,确定其公开范围,以完善公安行政执法案例指导制度。The mechanism of using police administrative law enforcement cases for guidance is an important measure for building a law-governed government.Nowadays,the mechanism of using police administrative law enforcement cases for guidance confronts such problems as mixed names,extensive selection standards,and unclear disclosure scope.Accordingly,it is necessary to analyze and clarify the name of"Police Administrative Law Enforcement Cases for Guidance",refine the selection criteria for police administrative law enforcement cases for guidance based on the guidance objects and purposes and determine their disclosure scope so as to improve this mechanism.
