摘 要:目的了解不同温度条件对3种卫生杀虫剂杀灭蚊幼虫效果的影响。方法采用浸渍法,将幼虫置于一定浓度杀虫剂药液中,观察不同温度下蚊幼虫的死亡情况,分析温度对杀虫时间的影响规律。结果温度对3种杀虫剂杀灭蚊幼虫效果影响不同。高效氯氰菊酯在25、30℃时杀灭蚊幼虫所需时间相对较长,约6.5 h,其他温度条件下杀灭蚊幼虫时间缩短,40℃时仅需0.5 h。倍硫磷和残杀威均随着温度的升高,杀灭蚊幼虫所需时间缩短,最短仅需0.5 h。结论不同温度条件对不同杀虫剂杀灭蚊幼虫时间的影响规律不同。这一研究结论可用于蚊媒传染病疫情防控时选择有效杀虫剂的快速筛选研究。Objective To investigate larvicidal efficacy of three hygienic insecticides against mosquito at different temperatures.Methods Impregnation method was used to determine the insecticidal efficacy of three hygienic insecticides,namely,the number of dead larvae at different times under different temperature conditions was recorded,and the influence of temperature on insecticidal time was analyzed.Results The effect of three insecticides killing larvae under different temperatures was different.The killing time of cypermethrin at 25℃and 30℃was relatively longer(6.5 h),and the killing time at other temperatures was shorter,the killing time at 40℃was 0.5 h.The time of killing larvae needed by fenthion or propoxur decreased with the increase of temperature,the shortest was 0.5 h.Conclusion Different effects on insecticides was recorded with different killing time under different temperature conditions.This conclusion can be used for rapid screening of effective insecticides in mosquitoborne infectious disease prevention and control.
