摘 要:为确保钦州港整体规划的作业条件合理性,针对不同平面布置方案建立数值计算模型开展分析研究,在结合附近测站多年风速和波浪资料的基础上,研究不同平面布置方案下钦州湾内码头作业区的波浪特征分布。分析结果表明:波浪自外海向湾内传播过程中,波高整体呈降低趋势,钦州湾西岸最大有效波高3.0m,东岸最大有效波高4.60m;钦州湾西岸作业区的波高主要受SE向波浪控制,规划方案二增加东岸作业区范围可以使得西岸内侧作业区的最大波高小幅降低约4%;钦州湾东岸作业区波浪环境主要受SW向波浪控制,新增企沙东作业区可以使得东岸作业区的最大波高降低约11%;规划方案二扩大三墩作业区范围可以使得大环作业区内的最大波高降低22%。In order to demonstrate the operation conditions rationality of different plane layout schemes in the overall planning of Qinzhou port,a numerical calculation model is established based on the many years'wind speed and wave data of nearby stations to analysis the wave characteristics distribution after the formation of land areas under different planning schemes.The results show that the wave height decreases in the process of propagation from the outer sea to the bay.The maximum H13%on the west bank of Qinzhou Bay is less than 3.0 m and the maximum H13%on the east bank is 4.60 m;The wave height on the west bank of Qinzhou Bay is mainly controlled by SE direction waves.Therefore,increasing the scope of the operation area on the east bank in planning scheme 2 can slightly reduce the maximum H1%of the inner side of the west bank by about 4%;The wave condition on the east bank of Qinzhou Bay is mainly controlled by SW direction waves.The blocking effect of Qisha East operation area reduces the maximum H1%on the east bank operation area by about 11%;The planning scheme 2 expands the scope of the Sandun operation area reduce the maximum H1%on the Dahuan operation area by 22%.
