摘 要:为了给液化天然气码头与海上高架火炬布置提供理论依据,本文分析了码头集液池蒸发扩散和火炬热辐射的相互作用过程,给出了适用的数学模型。通过大量数值计算得出研究结论:火炬头处可燃蒸气浓度与火炬至集液池距离成反比,与集液池开口面积成正比,与风速关系不大;码头所受热辐射与火炬处理能力成正比,与火炬高度、码头至火炬距离成反比。为控制火炬头处的可燃蒸气浓度,火炬与集液池的距离不宜低于88~115 m。为控制码头所受热辐射强度,码头消控室与火炬距离不宜低于25~104m;码头工作平台与火炬距离不宜低于74~140m,码头引桥管廊与火炬距离不宜低于5~140m。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the overall layout of LNG terminal and offshore elevated flares,a suitable mathematical model is built to analyze the interaction between the evaporation&diffusion of LNG in the terminal sump and thermal radiation by the flares.A large amount of numerical calculation results show that the concentration of combustible vapor at the flare tip is inversely proportional to the distance from the flare to the terminal sump,is proportional to the area of the sump opening,and has little relationship with wind velocity.The heat radiation acting on the wharf is proportional to the flare capacity,and is inversely proportional to the flare height as well as the distance from the wharf to the flare.In order to control the concentration of combustible vapor at the flare tip,the distance between the flare and the sump should be within the range of 88~115 m.In order to control the intensity of thermal radiation,the distance between the wharf’s fire control room and the flare should be within the range of 25~104 m.The distance between the wharf’s working platform and the flare should be within the range of 74~140 m,and the distance between the pipe gallery of approach bridge and the flare should be within the range of 5~140 m.
