摘  要:钦州港目前已有大型码头主要为重力式结构,依托金鼓江作业区19号泊位工程,探讨本地区首座大型高桩梁板码头实施的关键技术问题与对策,并统计分析其实施功效,为当地的港口发展提供一种新的结构选型,有效丰富了技术储备。本文论证了高桩结构的适应性,突出建设中克服的主要难点,包括采用引孔植桩的新工艺,解决了深水裸岩环境下的临时辅助钢管桩与灌注桩钢护筒的施打难题;首次研究了炸礁与灌注桩浇筑的交叉施工机制,填补了行业实践空白;提出了新结构形式下的相应安全管理要求,补充了当地的安全文化建设。The existing large wharves in Qinzhou port belongs to gravity structure.Based on jetty No.19 in Jingujiang operation area,the key technical issues and countermeasures were discussed,which were related to the execution of the first large piled beam-slab wharf in this region,the statistics of real effects were made and analyzed.Such a new wharf structure served as a technical reference,which was beneficial to the port development.The adaptability of piled structure was analyzed,the main difficulties during construction were highlighted,including the application of a new technology of drilling&piling,which solved the difficulty of driving temporary auxiliary steel tubular pile and steel casing into the rock exposed to air in deep water environment.And the crossing construction mechanism of rock blasting and cast-in-situ pile was studied for the first time,which served as a new engineering case.The safety control requirements corresponding to the new structure were put forward,which supplemented local safety education.
